Wayne to flock a dash correctly the fibers need to be Electrostatic charged.
This what makes them stand on end.

The kits available from frost ect will wear thin after a few years & they are notoriously hard to get a even finish!

Yep, I am going to change the dash for a black version now, will be a winter project.
