Lol that was yesterday   And the high torque figure could have been done to the gear ratio / speed being slightly out but with it properly calibrated and a few tweaks

195bhp :afro: how much more would you gain if you removed the dpf.

Figures vary and people quote anything from 10-25 extra bhp

My plan is to run the car as it is and monitor the DPF levels; its still doing its job nicely (hugs a very large tree) and my motorway journeys do a grand job of burning off the soot it collects

If and when it fails I will replace it but until then its staying put

Yeah I didn't actually expect it to be producing that much as most 150's and 170's struggle to make over 300lbs ft

Meant to grab the graph when it was run with the standard map; it made 174 bhp and 280lbs ft - standard is 170bhp and 256lbs ft

Good results. knowing you you'll be romoving the dpf in a couple months once you get bored :lipsrsealed:
I often wonder why people never expect sarcastic comments from me - they're the only reason I speak...

But with 8 more valves and an extra 0.1 litres

Only if I've killed it    Its going to be a long term evaluation as its still up in the air as to whether or not the MOT regs will require the DPF to remain in place to pass..........
