How will you be able to get the spare wheel out?

I'm curious to know how different the S3 control arms are to Golf3 ones, dimensionally - has possibilities for wide-track G2 and 3s with very precise handling.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

Working on an idea at at the min, the one i'll be using is from a 4Mo its the slim 18 one so don't need a lot of clearance to get I out  but might no bother with it. Going to use one of the ports on the tank as an air line. Will have a look where there back from paintng.

Picked these up today, 18" alloys front wheel bearings.

And the rear beam bushes came.  Well pleased I went for them.

Few more bit I picked up last week. I was never happy with the way the R32 skirts look with the Anni stuff so jumped at theses genuine ones when I saw how good they where.

Some R32 drop links

And got the bumper bar painted

I also got a few words out of Eddy at Bagyard so looks like a year later they'll be coming through on the order

Got a few more things done yesterday, my mate Barry called over and we got the wooden template for the rear brace made up will also be using it to hold up the back part of the rear seats.

Started to make the back piece of the sub enclosure, never done anything like this before, But knew it can be messy stuff so we decided to make first bit out of the car. Barry got the cardboard template made up and we set about getting the glass fibre strips on before the resin went off. Was really surprised to how little time you have before it goes.

Going to get it cleaned up tomorrow them set about making the rest of it.
