not yet hun, got the springs, but other jobs need doin, got new wishbones/ball joints to put on too, so that needs doin first, so i dont f**k the ones up completely that are on now, split down the middle apparantly?! lol :/ on the plus side... sold the old alloys, £120 :D

It sort of just mounted up. I paid £900 for it. Leather and wheels came to £800, £200 for window tints, £180 for headlights, £60 for m3 rear lights, £30 for vr6 spoiler, £30 for badgeless grill, coilovers were £450 and carbon bonnet got cheap for £150, and all the little things aswel. Wish i didn't now, should of just got my VR6 highline in the first place and paided more for the insurance. But if you can do it on the cheap, even better, it doesn't need to be perfect cause its only a cheap car to start with. I would say get a GTI and swap all your goodies over. Job done.

yeah but you're doing well on keeping costs down for now but its very easy to get carried away.  ooooo i just need this and then i'm done.. oh hang on, need one of them too, bored of this now, need that etc etc.

:) not too low, only about 45mm but thats enuff for me the way i drive!!! now lookin for wheel arches, and need to sort bumpers and spray the plastic door bits :S whatever they r called!!



other bits -





not wired up yet, all need rewiring as far as the sound is concerned :/ some idiot had got wires runnin from both sides, whoever had it before my bro and mate luke, so dont know who did that... and need t put speakers onto my parcel shelf this is just what they came with, but mines black, will look better!!



2 new tyres! :) going on tomorrow, along with new rear drums, new front wheel bearings and hubs, and also had new wishbones last wk!

Im not sure about the red bits on the dash and glovebox myself but i do like the heater controls red :wink:
