Rad. swap

Ive got a Mk2 2l 8V GTi and a spare Passat 16V rad. with twin fan setup. But the Rad is slightly different ie it doesnt have a overflow outlet.

Has anyone done this swap as the standard hoses dont fit so was wondering which ones to use.

you can take the overflow tube off the top hose if you rad doesn't have one on it.

messure the bore of the hoses/rad and get some samco's made up
