I have Leather on my R, so the Winter Pack is a waste of money as it's only heated windscreen washer nozzles.

My passenger wing mirror automatically dips when I select reverse even though I don't have the Luxury Pack. Go figure. I don't need folding mirrors.

I have that also. think it has something to do with the position of the rear view mirror adjuster (possibly).

Not a hack. You have to ensure your mirror adjustment knob is pointing at L. I think you get it if you have the Luxury Pack or Parking Sensors.

Put the car in reverse and adjust your passenger mirror to view the kerb.
Take the car out of reverse, and it should revert back to where it was.

Thats how it works - if you have it!

Yep - that's how you set it up (with the knob in the L position). Once set up, it should dip/revert automatically when reverse is selected/deselected.
