Best place to buy a Twintake
« on: 27 August 2010, 22:28 »
I have a Golf GTi 2.0T FSI and want to know where the best place to buy a Forge Twintake is?
Basically, where can I get it cheapest.

Also, would I be able to fit it myself or is it best to take it to a garage?

Thanks in advance.

Don't.  Buy an ITG, far better and far simpler.  well developed technology.

The Forge twintake is pricey but has shown and proven big gains over stock. I think the only place to buy them is directly from Forge.
Not low enough mk5
Not on the road enough mk3

Not true as you can buy thru their authorised agents.

You can get a such agents in this thread, http://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,18517.msg263039.html#msg263039

From what I have read the Forge Twintake has shown higher gains and looks much better IMO. I'm not looking to buy an ITG, I have no doubt it is good, it's just not for me.

Also, if anyone is interested, the best place I have found is Larkspeed. £322 all in.
