Sorry what I meant was I currently have Budget Tyres on nothing special by any means and if I upgrade and change tyres and aim for stretched a.would they do them for my baby 17 and b.what do they look like  :embarassed:

So effectively they remove most of the rubber to make them look thinner?

Yeah, and they make them out of a special rubber compound called ruseriousinium to enable them to stretch better. Thats why stretched tyres cost more, even though they appear to be made of less material.

What he said, plus you need to make sure you get them pre-stretched if you want to run them on 17's.

   to get the stretched look you don't need special Tyres, the look is achieved by streching (theres the clue) a Tyre with a width that is alot smaller than the width of the wheel it is being fitted to,there are lots of examples on Tyre stretch.com as mentioned above, you will need to know the width of your wheels to know what Tyres you need to get the look you require, and you also need to know it's not big and it's not clever especially on a daily, the car will not handle the same and you need to remember this before throwing it into a corner.
