New headlights :)

Had these fitted today, waiting for darkness to try them out properly! I have the original halogen gti ones up for grabs, pm if interested. Still not 100% on whether i prefer these to standard yet.

Look better than standard lights, nice mod, are they legal though?

Yeah they are legal, no hid kit etc on it and E marked. The guy who fitted them said the beam pattern would pass an mot. I'll post some pics of them on later

I had them on mine, Hurdy has them too. Look good with that colour.

I have the same set, not fitted atm as they look a bit out of place on my standard exterior, but the light from the projectors was nice with a set of Phillips X-Treme Power bulbs

I'm a big fan of Ultra Power Bulbs so trying those out to begin with. My exterior is standard apart from these and Valeo LED tail lights which a few people have on here too.

Those headlights suit the GTI bumper really well with the black centre, but I only have a 1.4 and it didn't look right imo. I'll be reinstalling the headlights when I can mod the car's cosmetics. Which won't be soon

Aah I didn't realise it was a 1.4. I see what you mean about them not looking right now  at least you have them for when you're ready.

£149.99. The LEDs have separate wires as do the angel eyes so some wiring was required. I can't comment too much as I didn't fit them myself but mine have been wired so the LEDs are on with the ignition and the angel eyes are wired to the side lights. I'm told it was fairly simple
