Rattling Heater Vent

Afternoon all,

The centre heater vent (mesh one on top of dash above radio) on my GTI has started creaking and rattling.  Can anyone recommend anything to secure it in place or stop the rattling (please no suggestions of "no more nails"  :wink:) ?
