Quick question re coilovers,strut braces
« on: 17 August 2010, 20:25 »
Hi all.If the weather is good next weekend i'm hoping to fit front and rear strut braces and new coilovers to a mk3, 2 ltr 8 valve. The braces came with no fitting bolts to fit them to the chassis so iv'e got to get some soon.If any of you have fitted braces before could you let me know what length bolts you used ?.I was thinking 20mm long M8's with nylocs and washers but i cannot remember how thick the shell is where i have to drill the holes.Any advice much appreciated.Thanks.

Your choice but strut braces will not help much to be honest.
