how do i fit the bonnet arms

hi, i have seen a few cars now with the bonnet arms, anyone know where i can get them from and how i go about fitting them? thanks all

Are you talking about bonnet struts? Venom, ebay or Volksbits - all come with instructions.

In my opinion.... dont bother! standard wing tops are not reinforced enough to take the loads that gas struts can exert, and will end up with a poorly fitting bonnet, and metal fatigue at either end of he strut.
