New to site...1.4 to 1.8t conversion in progress

Hello all,

I have just signed up and am a regular on uk-mkivs. I've had my car for 5 and a half years now and started out as a 1.4e. I've slowly been working on it and I'm currently having a 1.8t fitted.

Here are a few pics of my car








Upon starting the 1.8t for the first time, we found there is damage to the head and I'll need to replace it. If anyone has an AGU head lying around, could you please contact me? Condition isn't a major concern as I'll be having it rebuilt.

Anyway, enough from me....I'm off to have a look around!

Rub strips are staying black as I think it breaks the blue up nicely...thanks for the feedback though
