exaust rattle

ive got a janspeed cat back and under load its making a knock/rattle? ive had a look and the long heat sheild is slightly loose but not serious, and even undone and repositione dthe exhaust but still there. ive got loads of clearance and doesnt do it when cold or not under load?

It could be your CAT, or because the baffles have gone on the exhaust or plenty of other reasons ... your best bet is to take it to a exhaust specialist and have them chuck the car on the ramp for further investigation.
