polybush fitting advice...pics attached

Need a bit of advice, just fitting my rally design poly bushes, got the fronts and one of the rears in no problem.

Issues is the there is a bit of metal that is stopping me from pressing the other rear bush into place...see pics....




Ive tried pressing it in at that angle with the idea of straightening it up once its in a little but cant even get to that stage. It just compresses and deforms the bush....anyone come across this problem?

Any solutions? 

Also what is this for? Goes on the front bushes somewhere?

that bit of metal is the outside of the old bush and needs removing as well, if you put a hacksaw in the hole and cut through it carefully you can tap it out.

the sleeve is for the rear wishbone bush, goes in after the wishbone is on and before the bolt

Nice cheers....that makes me feel a bit stupid lol....looked like it was part of the rear beam.
