Just front and rear bumper to do now and you can rename the thread "Sams not so Scruffy Mk3!"  :laugh:

I take it you didn't use a flexible plastic primer before painting your door strips then seeing as they've cracked already?

yes i did use plastic primer, I  just had to put so much pressure on them to get them to actually clip in

Looking really tidy compared to when you first got it... what happened to the dodgy rear suspension mount with the weight in it?  :grin:

Not much interesting to look at but rolled the arches ready for the cups, other than that i have just been fixing a few rust spots and tidying up paint

Have you thought about spraying the door handles body colour? Either that or swapping them for something less square and stand-outish. Think it would look really good on the white.  :smiley:

yeah its on my list of things to do, bumpers and wheels are top of the list though

I would like to swap them for some of the flat/flush style handles but i think i need a welder to do that
