YES! This is what I hate about Paul's one. The doors need to go down to the bottom of the body and not have a big slab like sill. Good work buddy.

If you still going to chop the roof I wouldnt have bothered with the doors until after the chop as they will have to be fitted again.

You can't chop the roof until the doors are fitted as you need to adjust the window frames to suit, plus tacking them into the shell helps to keep the body square and strong.

I guess thats one way of doing it.
The usual way is with the doors off and the body braced.

Gutted the other door to plonk in the hole today. Expected the door gap to be massive as the body is a bit wonk, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was ok. Now to get some sheet steel and start bending up a bulkhead.
