Had a fairly good day today started on smoothing one of the doors down and my rear shocks turned up. Because we are going to suicide the doors no need for the front hinges anymore. I stared to drill out one of the plugs which held it in, but it was taking forever so just cut them off in the end. I then cut out the original door handle recess and made up a filler plate to go in. It's a bit rough, but with a skim of filler will be lovely.

Now the rear shocks I got are for a pit bike. But seem ideal as they are eyelets at the top and bottom, adjustable damping and height adjustable. All for £50. The idea is to use these to dial in the ride height a bit better than just on the splines. I'm a bit unhappy with the company who sent them as the springs are supposed to be black, but came White.

Here you can see it next to the old koni red that were on originally.

All I need to do now is sort the rear driveshaft raise plates and that should be the rear end sorted!
