As it's not a daily, it would be better if you can take the seats and door cards out of the car, and leave them to dry for a while. Preferably inside, in a dry but warm environment. I.E. not in a washroom or something like that as that environment inherantly has moisture in the air.

Then get to work with a stiff (not rediculous) brush and get rid of the surface stuff, then get some carpet cleaner on them and a strong hoover. Should get rid of it in no time.

Thanks alot for the help, i was thinkin bout gettin my mate to take me out the seats cos i thought it might be easier, thats a good idea if i can convince my mum to let me put the seats in the house!

Seats are well easy to take out... couple of bolts each... also, if you to wanna keep em in the house they dont tske up much pace if you you wind them all the way back so they lie flat, then you can lean em up against a wall or something.
