i have pulled apart my seized ABF engine

i think its dead this is wot i found when i took the head off the abf engine in my mk2 drive way find!!!!!!!

What that is, is a prime example of nearly all the newness within that engine having been worn off.

yer it could be salvaged but at wot kind of cost? bores 1 and 4 are fine just 2 and 3 are the dead ones well 3 is the worst....
its been sittin nearly 2year's before i got it, by the look of things its been cooked and done the head gasket as the heater matrix was gone as thats why it came off the road...... then it just sat there wiv water in the bores....
