Should i start with season 1 or just skip a few - kinda like how family guy was utter sh!te until the 4th series?

Russ, you kinda need to start from the begin as the series follow a sort of story. Plus they are all good

No, you NEED to watch from episode one, every one is class, mainly thanks to Jeremy Piven's character Ari Gold. Also its a better build up to understanding the others if watched from the start

I'm sorry, but that is utter blasphemy. 100% of family guy is awesome!, and if anything the later ones are worse than the older ones. The newer ones seem to be more appealing to the younger brittish audience, but I've never understood why, I cant help laughing out loud at almost all the jokes even when ive seen them 100+ times :P The newer ones just seem to be fart jokes and other sh!te similar to the cleveland show
