Anyone popping over to Sparkford next weekend for the Retro rides gathering? Was quite good last year, relaxed day in the sun  :cool:

Few pics for those who are interested. Was a point and shoot day I'm afraid as my SLR had run out of battery so was stuck with the gf's crappy digi. Straight from the camera, not even deleted doubles  :grin:

Unfortunately mainly showground too as the the camera was too ****e to keep up with the track action.

Don't know why I kept being attracted to this but you just don't see mk2 cavs anymore.




This was awesome - fairground ride shell, homemade chassis and a moped engine [LOL]



Liked this mini too - not a mini fan but super cool to see the 'downton' badge in the bay. My grandad lived in downton for years and was always talking about downton engineering and their hay day with coopers
