ive just had a well strange one on my tdi 110,the water pipes were well hard asif there was a big air lock and the bottom rad pipe was cold but top was hot.pressure went away when i undid the head tank cap and the botton hose quickly heated up.could this be a knackered stat?but the heater was working fine still warm
