i have 2.0 turbo, the engine cover is very tight to pull off, is there an easier way?
i've tried lubricating the rubber mounts

I saw a video on youtube showing you how to remove it, haven't got the link try doing a search.

I suspect that he's got it off as he states that "I've tried lubricating the rubber mounts".
I use silicon grease on the rubber grommets and that makes the cover's removal much easier.
