Indicator problem
« on: 11 July 2010, 22:37 »
I have a indicator problem and i hope someone knows what it is.

I indicate, left or right it doesn't matter and nothing happens so I flick the lever back to the middle and down/up again and it works?
I press the hazard button and nothing so I de-press it and re press it and hey presto it works etc etc.
Also when the indicators are first applied my dash lights sometimes flicker. Also if I leave the indicator on say at a junction it'll tick tock away then kinda jump out of rhythm.

Any ideas? Ive just fitted some new hella rear clusters could I have loosened a wire or something?

sounds like a knackered relay it may be getting stuck so when you indiate a second time it may have become unstuck, failing that you may have charging issues but you would notice other electrical faults
