Door Trim Small Bumpered Model.

Anyone know where you can get the Black-Red-Black GTI Trim that fits above the door rub trims...

I thought they were part of the trims but they are attached with Trim Tape and I need some more...

I'd say any semi decent factor should have something pretty similar, looks like sticky-back go faster stripes

You got a pic of it on the car? Mine is small trimmed and I can't think what bit it would be.

Its the only bit on the outside of the door... It fits above the rubbing strip... Only GTI's have it...

It's a quality bit of kit with an alloy backing and trim tape....

Im thinking that, that trim is OEM, but not VW! Im sure I can remember fitting that stuff to something in the 90s, but for the life of me, I cant remember exactly what... but Im sure that it was fitted GT versions of something as a bumper trim..... I'll sleep on it
As the pic shows, It should actually be black tape, with a printed red line, Why not get some 30mm matt black tape, and finish it with 10mm  matt red... Will look proper OE then

Cos it's fitted to 3 out of 4 doors and also on the wings... Just trying to get the proper OEM stuff...

I think it "MAY" be PN 357 853 949 but its listed as a seal and comes in 1520mm rolls, so I dont think its that - So ETKA says...

All Other Trim Parts are NLA and ETKA dont have part Numbers for 'em

So at a loss really!!

Thanks for the tip... If all else fails then maybe....

Searching Ebay.de to see what I can find... Other option is getting the Red trim off a small bumper and making that fit.

I have also seen a small all rubber trim 55mm but it don't join up at the arches and looks silly - I would still have the holes to sort then...
