some advice please

right i lowerd my car 1 week ago and its been fine bbut now i have been getting nocks and i have notice the front lower arms are in need of replacing and drop links as well, but the worst thing i notice is my o/s drive shaft is rubbing on the anti roll bar....what could this be

i want to upgrade the lower arms and anti roll bar links....maybe anti roll bar if need be

please help if u can 
 

mk4 golf gti turbo agu engine if that helps

need to use the search button buddy there has been many threads on this even recently.. most of the really lowered golfs suffer from this i think its just part and parcel of having a lowered car.. you could try adjustable drop links ?? or raising it a little off the shaft.. i think its where you lowered it and then after a while the springs settle a little lower after having weight on them and then in turn rubbing..

up to then top of the page there is a search tab click that and then type in something just driveshaft rubbing or lowered problems..  :wink:

cos you have lowered your car to far, the Anti roll bar will now rub on the driveshaft. to sort this you need either Adjustable front drop links or upgraded anti roll bar or raise the car.

if replacing the front wishbones then it is also upgrading the rear bushes on them to Audi TT ones, as once lowered you are more likely to split the std rear bush due to it not being a solid bush.

so what should i do to fix this get new lower arms and upgrade the bushes on them
