just change the battery in my key now the car wont start it's saying imobliser activited help plz?

my need recodeing take it to a vw dealer doesnt cost alot try walk into the work shop and sneak a few quid to a tech to do it only takes 5min

get that all the time at my place

you have to have it reprogrammed by VW if you have only 1 key

thank god just done it turn the key (not started the car) and just left it for 10 mins and it reset the imobliser

Changing the battery has nothing to do with the immobiliser, the battery only controls the unlocking via the remote
