central locking from drivers door is stiff to turn key tried it in passenger door and barrel came out is this why its stiff and can i replace just one barrel and use original key

if you can find a barrel to match the other one then yes but if not know you would have to replace the lot including boot and ignition or get a barrel made up, alternatively you could delock the passenger side.

if the barrel is stiff it probably isnt the central locking altho if you want to test it try the locking pin see if by locking it from inside is that stiff if it isnt its just the barrel and not the central locking, in which case either the barrel is warn or the key is.

dont think the barrel is stiff you can feel the doorpin go down on the the key as you turn it if you know what i mean it feels mechanical not electronic
