Hi Everyone
I have just bought myself a D reg mk2 16v gti which will be the donor car for my mk1 project.
The head gasket has gone, so I will have the engine in bits so I want to get as much power out of th engine as poss when it is out. But I dont want to loose any low down torque as most of the roads round my end are very windy has anyone got any suggestions?
Also does anyone know what parts are interchangeable between both models, suspension, brakes etc. as the mk1 is only a 1.1
