Bird sh#t can be blo#dy lethal this time of year.
If you leave it for long in the baking hot sun, it can soon etch into your clearcoat and need a machine polish or even a wetsand+machine polish to remove it

I think the little bugg#rs also go for blue cars too (something to with thinking blue is water ?

).
My tips are :-
1. Always carry a couple of MF cloths and some detailing spray (or shampoo mix) in your boot.
2. Inspect your car when you return to it for the dreaded sh#t
3. Get it off your paintwork straight away -soak the poo for a few minutes with the lots of spray and then wipe off
