fitted a boost gauge to the 1.8t today and it reads minus .1 bar on full boost it just holds it at that when it comes in,i do think the car is slow but i am used to quicker cars so has anyone got any ideas, could be a faulty gauge, ive changed the boost hoses incase there was a leak, its still the same, its allways driven like this not rapid but not over slow so im not sure what to do next,i think i may order an n75 valve and try that??
I put the t piece here and tapped off for the boost gauge i think this is correct??

it shouldn't be negative when on song.. unless the car is REALLY slow

does the needle sit on 0 when the engine is off?

It's not sat in the right place when it's off so it won't read right when running, you need to zero it somehow

I just chopped the vent with some sharp snipps and drilled a hole for the vac tube to go through the heater pipe it was easy took 30 mins from start to finnish ,the hardest bit was running the vac tube through the bulk head, theres a large grommit on the passanger side (under the glove box to the left behind some sound deadening)i put a slim 12 inch screw driver through the rubber grommit and taped the vac tube to it and pulled it in to the car and hey presto job done
