who’s still on their original one? millage?
if you had to change it, how long did it last once remapped? millage again?

had my remap done about a month ago and original cluth is fine , 137k on the clock

Remap done at 70k.... Now approaching 78K a year later with no problems
I don't think you will find a definate answer tbh... it depends on the driver and how its driven.

remap at 126,000 now on 135,000 still on original clutch, turbo and engine, no probs..... yet

not sure of the mileage it was done on but i have the reciept for the remap which is from 2002 , so 8 years and no problems with clutch. (current mileage 66k)

thanks for the input guys, making me feel alot more confident about it now
i do agree though that alot of it depends on the driver.
(planning on getting it done within a month) cant wait

I got mine mapped at 121000, now done 125000 and still original clutch. The biting point hasn't even changed. I reckon it'll take a spec 2 map too as long as you don't engine brake and pull away in 1st like a tool or a granny it should be all good..... Although now I've said that the cars probably thinkin about stitchin me like a kipper and riding.....

Mine was remapped at 65k and I sold it at 73k and it's still local and on it's original clutch. A clutch will last depending on how you treat it!
