hello all how do i upload a profile pic, or get a picture in my signiture?? i cant work it out,

right me again, i cant get my pic small enough for the signiture or as a pic on the side of my details

can anyone help who has photoshop or has some knowledge of sorting things like this out

If you need a sig give me a shout, there are a few here who do them. Also bare in mind sig size should be 500 x 150, try not to make it any bigger.
