Can somebody tell me what this unit is?

Microwave! .....................Dude you are gonna have to do better pictures than that that sticker I think is some sort of comunication signal standard sticker like the ones you get on phones? So that said I'm not Mr holmes take it off and crack it open then show us the guts!

Not really now unless you can get a old phone with the larger sim card.

We still have a couple of the really old phones with the battery underneath in work, they weigh a ton.
