Cheers JV!

Well here goes...

I don't actually have any pictures of my golf when i first got it unfortunately
So ill just go through the things ive done so far with the pictures ive got.

Basically when i got my Golf it was bog standard with 99k on the clock, its an AGR TDI  i swapped it for my old saxo (also a derv ) which had a ridiculously loud system in it which i had built up over the years..

This was literally a bottom spec golf, no air con, sunroof, alloys, colour coded rub strips... basically nothing. But it was free so i wasn't complaining.

First thing i did was buy some 19inch RS8 Reps, not to everyones tastes but i like them

I then bought:

a black interior mirror

(no pic as of yet)

a new gearstick with leather gaitor and chrome surround
and a pioneer cd/ipod player,

some cheapy e-bay fitted mats as she didn't have any and the carpet was looking a little old.

a stupid chrome strip for the boot () i dont know what i was thinking but.. we all have those moments i suppose... and i tinted the tail lights which again isn't to everyones taste but i like it. (and yes i know the rear quarter is a different colour but you cant see it in real life lol )

Decided to remove the "Golf" "TDI" and the hideous chrome strip...

Then bought a sharan badge and originally wanted to paint it black and colour code the baseplate but couldn't wait to stick it on after seeing various ones on here...
Also got some piston heads stickers in the back window but you can't really see them on here...

Then decided the music wasn't clear and loud enough so i bought some CerwinVega mobile bits and bobs

Tweets.. with black a pillar as thats my next project

Drivers side (with cracked mirror case...i dunno who put that garage door frame there but its not the best place to put one... )

A few more bits and bobs..

AMPs... one on the left is for the door speakers, only the front ones are amped up atm as i cba runnin the RCA leads down the car... and the one on th right is for the subs..

Subs...

Rear Speakers

Remote Level for adjusting the bass

Hey guys and gals,

Not been on for a while as tiscali cocked up my internet when transferring me to a talk talk line grrrr!

So anyway whilst ive been away ive fitted some FK street coilovers and smoothed my front rub strip :0)

Opinions Please :0)

Had a couple of additions since then but like a muppet i always forget to take pictures!

Lets start with the turbo

My car is an AGR 90 which runs a Ko3 turbo from the petrol, so i managed to bag myself a 5door 110 (AHF) ironically finished in LC7V like mine used to be

The 110 has the same engine as mine but uses a VNT15 (slightly smaller than the VNT17 from the 130

So that got fitted, made a MASSIVE diffrence! Also Cleaned out the intake manifold will try and get some pictures up when i find some.

The 110 uses .205mm injector nozzles where as my 90 uses .187mm so i upgraded mine to .216mm nozzles from a T4 Transporter and omg! i actually have some power now lol!

Heres a couple of pictures of the old & new nozzles

New nozzles

Old nozzle

Nozzle removed

Old vs New

New Fitted

Also bagged myself one of these bad boys.. its uber chunky! Love It!!

Got me some nice Bora Sports with Full FIS.. my car didn't have any Trip computer so i had to wire in a new wiper stalk with buttons and the wire for the temp sender (which i need to replace as there are too many joins in it and its reading the temps wrong)

Wiring in the stalk...

Miles to empty enabled

Illuminated Needles

These are the muts nuts.. Looks so much cleaner!

Also got some bora vents but dont have a picture of those...

And these bad boys... (only picture i could find before i wet vaced them)

Sooooo much comfier!

Then decided i wanted to joey my headlights so out came the heatgun and seal picks..

The glue vag use would survive a nuclear bomb honestly its unreal!!

Painted them the same gloss black i used on the roof and wheels

Comparison shot

Fitted to the brum

Got my hands on a nice clarion double din!

Painted the surrounds again the same gloss black as the roof (not the best picture)

Fitted some poverty spec rears and repeaters to add a bit of colour
(tinted the reverse light)

Then a little bit of personalisation

I think thats pretty much it.. if i think of anything else ill post it up!

Opinions please

Kyle!
