Ive had a rattle from behind the dash now for a couple of months. It rattles from around the radio area so took the chance today to have a look and feel around as i was fitting the new LED RNS510 sat nav unit.
After a good feel around behind the radio , to the left directly behind the glovebox there's a lttle box with wires going into it which connects to the airbag ON/OFF switch inside the glovebox . A little powergrip tape (really good stuff, used it to fix the sat nav antenna above the centre airvent) wedged under the box solved the problem a treat. No more rattling!
Havnt seen anyone post this one before, so if youve got a rattle from this area have a look!
