Nychance you guys could split the classified section into ie mk1 mk1 mk3 mk4 etc just so you can go straight the parts u need instead of trawling everything but what u need???

That doesn't really work very well in the current format though as you would have 54 child boards in the classifieds section! Would look a bit of a mess!

maybe just ditch the child boards, keep a board per MK then have a wanted in each, seperate ice, seprate cars for sale and seperate other? know it would be pain to change either way though.  :undecided:

That makes more sence to me as trying to find stuff for certain mk's can be a pain.

I think the easier option would be for sellers to start using decent titles to describe the item they are selling :rolleyes:

make it mandatory to start a thread MK4 or MK3 depending on whats selling. bimmerforums.com are way over the top on there thread titles but u could adopt some of there ideas just to tidy up the classified section.

Like the idea of having like mk3 or mk4 etc on the title or some sort of destinctive tag that you have to select when you post an item up?

Totally agree ..... 'some odd bits' is not a good way to advertise sh!t, also can there be solid pricing guidelines?

+1 on using "MK1, MK2, etc..." in the thread titles, would be very helpful.
