It should be fine , the master tech will do it no problems. I wish I had mine done now they even asked me to transfer it over from my old ED30 , miss that gear lever so much :rolleyes:

Master tech my arse. There was a time you had to have real qualifications in Engineering before you became a Tech. I know i took them!!!
Their trained monkeys who if the computer says no have no clue! There trained out of a book they have all been since the 90s and 99% of them (theres still a few who do and have a passion for it) have no clue. But then maybe, i may be biased as i had to look after these people when my uncle was setting up a well known uk wide dealer chain back in the 70s,80s and 90s.

The guy doing mine has a BSc in Automotive Engineering and has worked for VW in Wolfsberg. He is also doing part-time further training at VW Germany. Very impressive person.
But the proof of the pudding is in the eating.

It's just that I am at last recovering from a 3.5 month neck and left shoulder problem and I don't want to endanger my recovery.
