What is this called and what is it's part number?

What is this pipe called and what is the part number? The reason I ask is because I went to see a friend of a friend today with regards to my tracking and camber. Whilst they I mentioned the leak from the pipe and about getting the EGR delete pipe. He said this was a big NO NO and said I should just replace the pipe.

Could anyone shed some light on wether the EGR delete is a bad thing as I know loads have it so I can't cause any problems.

If that's right you lot with 18's (i.e. MOST OF YOU) are wrong and your cars will soon die!!!

Hmmmmm that will save me £20 from the price of the EGR delete . What are the benefits for the EGR delete over the stock pipe?

He's actually right. Larger wheels do put more strain on the drive train.

But it doesn't mean the cars will soon die, just the running gear won't last as long.
