Can anyone reccomend a good air filter ? Looking for a green cotton one but they dnt seem to do them for the mk 6 gti

Been on merlinmotorsport.com ITG's UK distributor and they dont have an air filter for MK6 golfs at all ??

Call ITG directly as they do make them for the Mk6 (they borrowed my car to dyno test the difference between the OEM paper and there pro filter), they are exactly the same design as the old Escort XR3i filter

VW Racing can supply one too - looks like a Pipercross made filter, but VWR branded.

what are the pipercross filters like ?

Dry foam, personally won't run one but do seam to produce good results.

Mine isn't dry - it's oiled, for sure.
