« on: 14 December 2004, 09:27 »

Did anyone see fifth gear last night? They had one of these car of the year shows (2004). The car that won was the new golf gti, whilst this is great news how can it be car of the year 2004 when the bu**ers don't go on sale till January? Just a thought!!

Those awards were a load of b*llocks.

BMW wins best small car. Focus wins family car. Golf wins COTY.

Does anyone else see thge problem with this? they're all from the same class. Fair enough, golf is classier than Focus, but both are family cars. BMW 1 Series was launched to take on Golf and A3 at premium end of the class.

So why was it competing against a f*cking smart car? What a load of c*ock. Fair enough, the focus won the family car segment, but Fifth Gear are so afraid not to give BMW an award they fudge the results so it can still win. Load of cr4p.

Plus, Tiff needel is a total c*nt.

Dude, without de-caff, I'd fall asleep during the day.

Had a bad journey in to work this am, still fuming.

No, no, no....

Thats the problem - if I was in the Golf I would have been happy to plod along behind all the tossers that contnually get in my way, with the scoob I have be doing 120mph 71mph all the time, or I feel cheated.

Plus, the golf didn't serve up power oversteer on demand?
