Scorpion vs Miltek Exhausts
« on: 29 May 2010, 13:25 »
Question is how does the scorpion exhaust system square up against the Miltek system?

I believe that scorpions are louder and more chavvy, also the descrete backbox pipes look massive in comparison with the milltek. I'm suprised neither do a 3'' cat back

I had thought custom from a local places called A & S, theyve done loads of exhausts for people i know and they do a cracking job!

If I'm wanting something more or less the same as a Miltek non-res what do i ask for? lol

Im sure if you tell them what you want ie quiet like miltek they will know and can sort it for you - ask Rhys what he asked for

How come nobody seems to go for an exhaust that makes the golf sound like a proper turbo car, like an evo kinda tone not chavvy but a nice waaaap

I would never want another exhaust that was as loud as my Escort. It was fun for a bit but was just too oppressive in the end

Ah, I see. I might get a 3'' all the way as it's gotta help get the gas out quicker and I don't use the car for work or tedious journeys. I know what you mean about the constant drone, it really gets on ya tits. I hade a prelude with a dustbin on the back, the sound was so loud and bad that it caused cancer.

mine was a 3" system, straight from the turbo and only one box with 4" tailpipe
