It was a converstion not an original. Probably have photos somewere as it was along time ago about 15 years back. Will have to go digging through my photos. Not the best car condition wise overall but fun to drive. It was fitted with a mk2 16V but used the LHD scirocco manifold from BRM. Sach suspension (so not to shake it tobits) with eibach antiroll bars and i badged it Golf GLS for goes like stink
It made me always want an original 16V like the one below. I told the owner of the one below if he ever sold it to contact me but im still waiting sadly

sounds like a blast.... I take it thats not your motor pictured, that looks like an Oettinger conversion.

I'm surprised that DH was late on the pics on this one, as these pics have been round the mk6 for a couple of week. Still not a fan TBH.

I like it, much more aggressive, but shame about the power. It's just a concept though isn't it? So surely they can change it before it was taken to production.

yeah deffo shame it has no more power, just seems pointless really and looks like they are trying to make it like the focus RS type look.. im not sure about it, thinking if it had some more power it would be worthy
maybe its just me
