Any ideas?  :huh:

When I turn it on it beeps for about 5 secs, the LED goes red then the beep stops and the LED goes green?  :huh: :huh: :huh:

My thought's were that is was possibly some sort of aftermarket immobiliser

You'll just have to trace all the wiring back and see what it's attached to.

Some people wire a switch to the glow plugs in diesel models as a way around the glow plug relay. Try using the switch on a nice cold morning to see if it helps with starting the car.
