Can see where you're going, like the angle and devil on the shoulder; I'd say you need a more serious font for 'serious'  probably any sans-serif and maybe add a filter to change the mood, cooling for serious and maybe a very low opacity magenta for 'fun'

I'm not sure changing the colouring of the two photos so they are different would work but I like your idea on the font. Will have a play when I get a few mins.
