Just got word back from the flocker, I can drop the bits in question off to him at the weekend  :cool:

So abit of stripping will be called for in the next day or two

just been looking through your thrad and i must admit first couple of pages i was thinking no no no lol but i actually love what you have done with her it is different and i cannot thnk of a better vehicle to carry a ladder this must be the first (and probably only) time i will ever say u need more rust lmao nice work and good luck with the future tinkering

GTI is not a trim level. It is a lifestyle.
1999 1.8t AGU, KO3s, forge 007p, silicone tip and charge pipe, oil catch can, SS turbo back system, pipercross CAI, g60/vr6 clutch, 40mm apex springs, drilled and grooved discs, stage 2 remap.

Thanks...I wanted to do an all over rust job but haven't got the balls for that, I still need to finish bonnet tho

 :grin: I have a few ideas on wheels, Porsche (don't know the bloody name of them), team dynamics lightweights, or just keep the ones I've got which will be painted hammerite black soon

Some like it and have taken pictures, others think I'm nuts, but the bottom line is I'm good at cleaning the windows although I don't want to chance doing an all over rust job and offending people... :grin:

Squeegee on the pole is easy when you've got the hang of it, why do you ask?

As it rained this morning I got onto removing the parts that are getting flocked, will be taking a drive down the A127 tomorrow morning to drop them off.
