Had a bit of good news on collecting the car, I thought I was getting cheap disks and pads (as I didn't book it in for that, but my disk was cracked) but have been fitted with Lockeed dicks and Ferodo pads...happy with that!

Car drives smoother and in a straight line now, and also stops which is always useful!

Fingers crossed will be picking up my tyres at the weekend!

I thought this car was gonna get run until dead, then scrapped at one point mate. Glad your cracking on with all the bits that need doing now though. MOT due sometime soon I take it!?

Yeah its always time to begin panicing a couple of months before its due! My MOT is next Tuesday, but fingers crossed its only cost me what I've found that needs doing, which cost about £60. Will wait and see though.  :undecided:

That's right, I thought if I don't start now I wont be able to afford to do it all in one hit!

Good luck with the MOT!

Well still haven't got the Toyo's fitted, no excuse really just been really busy at work...

had two plans for the car to day..

1> remove centre console for a through clean

2> refit the RCA wire so I can put my dash back together after my lucozade incident

Number 1 went ok, but had to remove front seats to do so

But...then got carried away and ended up doing this

as you can see the carpets are  so they need a good clean before refitting, all the underlay weighs a ton!! and I know the G3's are known as tugs but sandbags is taking the pi$$!!

This is how the car looks tonight after a little sweep up...

So hopefully next task is to fit the RCA, and put the dash back together!

p.s. not forgetting the tyres

Well at least its pretty clean under there. Nothing worse than lifting your carpets to see rust round drain holes, or even worse the road!
