At the moment its textured, So when it gets colour coding It will need flatting & then high build primer before final paint and Laquer

yea but will this not get trashed off stones and all that? my mk4 ones lasted about 4 months before it started chipping

Not if its painted properly, The Anni one I had on my old silver MK4 never got chipped
