guys with the knowledge....
will this size & offset wheel b ok on the mk2
tyre size is 195/45/15
i plan on lowering at some point, and dont wanna buy the set im lookin at if they gonna catch on arches or suspension etc...
i dont really wanna have to get the angle grinder out...
thanx in advance 4 ur advice
ps - do u think they will look ok on the mk2

my old 16v in the sig pic used to have et24 7x15's (195/50/15's) on it. and it didnt have any rubbing probs though it was only lowered 25mm on Eibachs
they wont catch on the springs or anything like that. they might catch on the outer arch lip dependin on how low your gonna go
and the BBS split rims for my current 16v are et25 and they ever so slightly catch on the rears and its lowered 40mm. its basically rubbing the letterin off the outside of the tyre but doesnt cut into the tyre

Mine are 7.5 x 15 et 25 and the car it lowered about 90-100mm at various times, never catches at the rear, I am using 195/45s though, which helps.
